1. The drying and disinfection temperature of melamine tableware, such as hot air circulation disinfection, infrared disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection, etc., should not exceed 80 °C, and the time should not exceed 30 minutes. The above disinfection equipment must have temperature control and time control devices to prevent the disinfection temperature from being too high and overtime. Melamine tableware should be kept away from heating devices and air outlets.
2. The wet disinfection temperature of melamine tableware, such as boiling, electric steamer, etc., should not exceed 100 ℃, and the normal pressure time should not exceed 30 minutes. When sterilizing melamine tableware with an electric steamer, it must be equipped with a vent hole to ensure normal pressure in the steamer, and a temperature control and time control device must be provided to prevent sterilization and long-term damage due to excessive temperature tableware.
3. Melamine tableware should be heated evenly during the disinfection process. During the disinfection process, a certain interval should be maintained between melamine tableware to ensure uniform heat conduction and disinfection effect. It is strictly forbidden to put melamine tableware together for disinfection to avoid being sterilized. As a result, it is easy to cause uneven heating of the tableware and damage to the tableware.
4. After the melamine tableware is disinfected, it should be taken out of the disinfection equipment in time and placed in a cool and ventilated place to cool naturally. It is strictly forbidden to store tableware in a high temperature disinfection cabinet for a long time. For larger melamine trays or melamine compartment trays, the number of stacked melamine trays should not exceed 40.
